At Lirika Matoshi, we want you to feel as magical as our designs; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a refund.

Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the unworn items with all original tags and packaging into a secure shipping box to ensure they arrive safely.
Ship Your Return
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at the designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
